Our Story It started with a passion... a passion for pure, deep, desirable sleep. A sleep which not only renews and re-energises but a profound sleep which allows you to waken each morning and feel giddy at the day ahead. A sleep which allows you to truly live.

Yes, my innate artistic look at the world has created within me a fairy like utopia but the passion that I feel for my products is deep and very real. With years of experience within the bedding world I truly understand that a high quality down duvet and silken Egyptian cotton sheets really can make all the difference to our sleep.

And so in 2008 Elysha Charles was born... I had two children under three and had not returned to my career as Design and Marketing Manager for Belledorm, a reputed bed linen company. It was time for me to move on and start working again. Whatever I did had to be within the bedding industry , I knew it, I loved it and I missed it. I needed to be flexible due to family responsibilities and I wanted to wake in the morning excited and ready for work. After much deliberation I decided that I wanted to give people the opportunity to have an exquisite sleep experience at home - I wanted to source the finest duvets and bed linen and make a difference to peoples' lives.

It was decided that an online boutique selling only the finest would be the dream, The name Elysha Charles - the middle names of our two eldest children - was a name which was not budget or discounted. We wanted to stand out from the crowd as a specialist and we hope that this is what we have achieved.

Elysha Charles appeared online in June 2008 and through word of mouth and sheer hard work we have not looked back. The boutique grows from strength to strength and there have been many happy customers whom, we hope, now sleep the perfect sleep.

With three young children (yes, we had another addition!) our aim is to slowly grow the business , the foundations are strong but our hopes and aspirations for Elysha Charles are deep rooted and true and ambitious. Making customers happy is our greatest reward and we hope that the honest and heart felt advice given to each individual customer reflects this... you are the reason that Elysha Charles is here and the reason that it continues to succeed.

I love it... the sight, feel, smell of down - large fluffy snowflakes with furry arms which are as light as air. Fine, smooth cotton which has the ability to drape like molten gold - combine the two and you have a winning combination. A duvet which is sumptuously snug, luxuriously light and drapes delightfully - a duvet which has the power to change the way that you sleep.

We have sourced the finest duvets, some of which are only available online in this country. Yes, they can be classed as expensive but how can you really put a price on your sleep? We spend so much time researching technical gadgets, cars, toys even but we forget that sleep is imperative to a healthy existence, we are unable to function without sleep so why not put an investment into one area of our lives that is crucial.... sleep.
