Euroquilt - Siberian Goose Down Duvet

Euroquilt use the finest Siberian goose down - large, fluffy clusters of snowlike Siberian goose down which are light as air and as soft as marshmallow. Their stitching is precise and their inspections thorough in order that you are provided with a goose down duvet of the highest standard which will keep you cosy for many years to come.

Their Siberian goose down comes from one of the few goose farms in Siberia - an area well know for its cold climate - an area where the goose needs the warmest, snuggliest covering in order to keep it warm throughout the long winter. The Siberian goose down is graded and collected from Siberia and then transported to Spain where an intense cleansing process is undertaken, ensuring that the Siberian goose down is sterile using the very gentlest of cleansing methods. The Siberian down is then brought over to Scotland where it is used to fill the beautifully woven duvet cases in order to produce the finest Siberian goose down duvet.

300 thread per square inch are expertly woven to create a cotton cambric which is down proof, mite proof and drapes like a dream. The silken casing of each duvet is piped and then stitched with a double edge for the ultimate finish. A cassette construction is used which prevents the goose down from getting caught in the corners which can lead to cold spots throughout the duvet. With a cassette construction (an internal wall of fabric between each square) the goose down has free movement and creates and even coverage in order to keep your warm whilst you sleep.
