|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our departments and add any items by selecting them along with the option and quantity and clicking the 'Add to Cart' button. Under European legislation you are entitled to return all goods under our guarantee scheme within 7 days from receipt of the goods, they should be packaged, undamaged and un-used. Due to Hygiene reasons duvets and pillows cannot be returned if they have been opened for any reason.
Under our guarantee all goods are to be returned at the buyer's expense, full refund or exchange will be given less any delivery charges already incurred subject to this criteria being met.
Please email us in the event that you are dissatisfied with the goods or service you have recevied. Will we endeavour to rectify all issues with 48 hours to your total satisfaction (prior to any return of goods).
